Make them yourself. You can't go around and ask people "Make this... Make that" MAKING STUFF ISN'T EASY, It takes scripting and modeling. Learn torque and download blender (2.48) 2.49 is screwed up

The skin on his neck and shirt decal make it look like he has a big fat loose piece of skin. And get better at decal before you make any more.
