Something on him is short though, it's either the distance between the shoulders and hands or the distance between his pelvis (?) and feet.

Its the fact that His feet are to far apart and his  "Legs" are to short

Did you check "Use Spawn Bricks" In the minigame box?

...of course and even if i didnt we still spawned at random places.

I used the Team spawns and people still Spawn at random Bases any reason why???
 Its very annoying i can't get my TDM, CTF Running with out this working. also with the doors only teams can use also don't work can some one give me answers ?
