Is this game worth going through the effort of downloading all this stuff just to play the English patch

I'd definitely say so, its pretty easy to install now (just takes a bit of time), and the english patch is very well made and maintained.

Microtransactions are excusable as long as they dont give any gameplay impacting content imo.

spending a dollar on a cosmetic costume is something I'd be perfectly fine with doing.


HOWEVER
locking this kind of stuff behind lootboxes that you can buy with real money to roll for your chances of getting something is absolute garbage and needs to get out of here.

I know people are going to say "Oh but overwatch has a good system since its all cosmetics and you get a free box every level up". No, its still just as bad because they're enticing people with gambling addictions to spend money for that feeling of excitement, the free boxes are to put you in the mentality of "oh man I could totally get something cool out of this, its only 2 dollars anyways" and this continues.

tl;dr cosmetic microtransactions that give you directly what you pay for good, lootboxes terrible.

hngnhhgbh I still got to finish that forgetin game Aaaaaaa

I finished all of it including the bonus levels in about 2 days.

the bonus levels can get on some real bullstuff levels of difficulty (especially that fire/ice mountain one, forget that one in particular)

also distortion paradise is best level

dark blast came out and is pretty cool, I wish we could use it more than once though cus while it is fun theres not many situations its really useful for if you have to pick out ONE time to use it.

also I may have accidentally made a ton of money for no reason

update is good but I hate the class specific contracts so much.

dragons fury also seriously needs a nerf, theres pretty much no counter to it and its TTK is significantly faster than stock flamethrower its ridiculous.

this is the only time i'm glad the item servers are down because i prepared for low craft numbers

I dont know if any of the new items are even craftable considering they're all rewards from the contracts
