How the hell can people be this naïve? The person at hand is obviously a troublesome repeat offender, sure I believe in rehabilitation and stuff, but if someone forgets up over and over again like Maxx it's time for life in jail.

eh, I'm a very forgiving person, its just in my nature.

though after seeing some recent stuff, yeah he isnt gonna change probably.

No idea why they blocked it for Argentina, though.

If anything, you should try something like buying them TF2 keys, and telling them to resell them and buy the game or sumthing
