Even if you have the right to post screenshots of the map as long as you don't release it, the idea of making a map from someone else's material, which you didn't have permission to use, makes you look bad. The paparazzi can swarm people legally but that doesn't mean they are right to do that.

Ya but there are alot of idiots here that don't understand that.

I never loving released the map and mtndew is only bitching at me cause he was making a rainbow road before.
I can retexture the map as long as its not released which i did not do.

You are still in the wrong even with those, You used his interior without his permission, he didn't even know until he checked the forums.

Yes i know i have made a mistake everyone praticaly makes mistakes somewhere in a map its very hard to avoid and i really want to leave this topic up to debate by the rest of the community because getting in a fight with you is pointless and will not result in anything other than stupid insults by both me and you.

I take my leave i will not release it because the community did not want it released and dude i am truly sorry for having to get in a fight with you when the fight was only with mtndew. This topic was pretty pointless if i was only going to get i n a fight with him anyway.

What abilities, so far what I have seen, you just grabbed his interior and did a google image reskin for it. Then you say its your map.

I said it was a edit of mtndews map so I did not create it from scratch when i said it was a edit of mtndews it ment i was giving him credit for most of the map. If i had just released it and actually put a link and not mentioned anything about mtndew ever taking part in any of the map then that would not be ok.

Let me use a better example.
By your terms, if you steal a song but don't release it, it isn't stealing.

I don't think you can steal a song if you don't release it and you give credit to the original band and you edit most of the lyrics so there different.
Like how most of the maps stuff left in it is not even half of the stuff that was origininally in it.
