I used to drink a ton of soft drinks but I've stopped drinking them regularly for a bit over a year. Occasionally I'll have a lemon lime if it's more convenient than water or juice of some sort, but that's it. And I only touch caffeine once in a great while, probably 3 or 4 times in the last year. They say it's an addiction but I had no problem dropping it, just one headache after about 2 days.

Strangely, this didn't do jack for weight loss so for the past month I've restricted my caloric intake to about 1200 a day, which keeps me surprisingly full. It's all about the kinds of food you eat. This seems to be working because my pants are in a perpetual state of falling down lately and I need a new belt.

Only thing I'm trying to accomplish lately is getting enough courage to talk to someone in my dorm that I've got the hots for. Hopefully that'll come soon.
