I hate how some people namely Rykuta host edited files. Then you get invalid packets when connecting to other servers and you can't figure out what it is.

I edit damage in scripts... is that bad?

No. Editing values is not bad, editing the physical files is. Editing the sounds, model and other stuff is.

I'm interested. I normally only run server scripts such as Assist Kills on a serverly basis, and I try to only enable required-for-the-theme add-ons other than scripts.

Would be nice if certain ubiquitous add_ons such as the Duplicator wand and the JVS content system were included. They are both fairly common and I believe the Dup-wand doesn't even need a download.

i disable addons for servers when i can, but only on dedicated ones like if i'm doing a city build, i'll just have default plus events/playertypes/JVS and other useful things, notmany guns, and if it is a TDM one, then it will have just the guns i use

although, i just make a dedi for each one :D
on my normal server i just keep them on so that it's easier to see what i have avalible and it's on when i need it

If I'm hosting, say a freebuild, the I'd just have a bunch of event mods enabled.
