I was hosting a TDM and all the players were invincible. Yes weapon damage was on.

Zombie mod enabled? Turn on friendly fire.

Were you all just using weapon_gun? Mine hasn't been doing damage for some time now.

I was using LEGOsaber and Basic LEGO Blasters.

I have the same problem. I tried reinstalling the game, deleting several mods, the works. I guess the only thing left is l4b....

Side Note: One of my friends (who has all the same add-ons) hosted a server and every gun worked fine. I don't get it.

Update: Turned on friendly fire in l4b, even with zombies turned off. Everything works fine now. Hope it helps.
