The way the page looks doesn't make the clan good or bad. The page can suck, and the clan could be great, but it can also be the complete opposite.

There are no rules on these forums that prevent members from using foul language.
Now... Back on the rail. This looks pretty decent. Make sure you take a look at the link Dr. Pain posted. You don't have to follow those guidelines if you see something you don't like. It's just an opinion. However, it may help you out in making your page look a little more neat, which usually results in attracting more people.
