I totally agree with this.

To be specific, the one who generally does this is 'Script' (AKA: Tickle. I think he might've even started it, too). It gets extremely annoying when half the chat is filled with "@eval>data collect BL_ID obtained;".

When something similar to the topic title is said in the chat whenever someone joins the server.

Example:
Blockhead20152 connected.
Brian Smith: >Whois: All ids have been collected bla bla bla.
