(The cpu is unnessecary because 1. It shocked me! 2: The gameplay was the same for me.
I play online and single player WITH NO LAG. But I suck at killing.

For 700 bucks you can get a really nice gaming comp, you would have to skimp on the processor but for gaming that really isn't an issue. You could get:

a 5770 card
athlon 2 x4
a $60 gigabyte mobo
500 gb hard-drive
4 gigs DDR2 ram
windows 7
a 600 watt PSU
Rosewill R220 case

If you don't need the windows 7 you could up the processor to an i5.
