My dad has Blockland, and when he starts it, it requests his key again, even though he already typed it. He doesn't have to rebuy it, just get his key in again. How can this be fixed?

Have he tried to type it in and then restart it?

Restart or re-install blockland.

You probably installed it in the wrong area, if it isn't saving. Make sure it's in C:/Blockland

Mine started doing this a few weeks back, no biggie for me though because I don't play that much anymore.
It just started out of the blue, from not doing it.
