~~Walking home from school, came across a red card. I picked it up, it was a Visa gift card. I went to check it online, but it says my card number is not valid. D:~~

My bad, its a Vanilla Visa. It can only be activated by a cashier at a store.

To activate it he has to pay for it, someone basically stole the cards from the store without paying and dropped one.
