downloading blockland help!

ok i am trying to help my friend download blockland. after he downloads it and he tries to run it it says could not display a suitible display type. what does he need to do to fix this?

What resolution is your monitor on? To find out, go to the Control Panel, and double click on 'Display'. Go to the 'Advanced' tab and there will be a slider down the bottom with a number similar to '1024 x 768'. Post the number for me.

i had him try and update his driver he had a RAGE type, but th website has changed from the website in the tutorial so i found a different one for him. it matched everything and he downloaded and updated it, but blockland still won't open with the same error message

went to the controll panel but there was no display.......... PS i have Wndows vista my friends and DELL XP

Another way to get there is to right-click on the desktop and select 'properties...' for XP.

the numbes for me are 1024 by 768 pixels

Get your parents to update your drivers as you probably cannot do it yourself

It's not the numbers it's supposed to be, most computers are different. I was just posting a common example.

It's possible that Blockland is trying to run at a bigger resolution than what is supported by his monitor.
