If the server is still up you can look at the clear bricks list, it has the name and id of everyone that ever got on your server that session and there's a ban button too

Yeah, when he was at my TF2 Server, he saw Space Guy, who was a Scout. Space Guy double jumped, and then Dude says "Why does Space Guy have jets". Space says "I double jumped" (or something like that) and then Dude thought Space was hacking, and everytime Space Guy killed him, he said "Space Guy HACKS!!!" "Space Guy is a hacker" and stuff like that. Unfortunately, I was too late to ban him, because he left.
