OK so I'm Wondering Do some Of The Xbows Get Abilities like the shields? and if so can some one give me a guide or a link if not what do you think makes the best Xbow

If two similar projectiles (bolts) are traveling at different speeds, the faster one has more energy and therefore more power associated with it. Given that both projectiles are fired using similar devices (a crossbow), the crossbow that fires faster must transfer more energy initially to the projectile. So the power of the crossbow is dependent on the metal it is made out of.

They both do the same damage to the player though.

The metal of the crossbow affects how far you can shoot the bolts. Plutonium is the best and can shoot far, rust is the worst and can barely shoot at all.

There are no special abilities, though. But obviously you want to go with plutonium if you're making one.

Edit: Plutonium, not platinum.
