I'm looking for an alternative to YouTube, because the staff seem to think that they're some kind of Sovereignty. I need another site that will let the users upload their own videos or music. I'll pay for the music and/or video downloads if I have to, just give me something other than YouTube.

A lot of those don't let people upload their own things, like Hulu, which is for TV Shows and Movies.
