how do you make dead bots?

It requires Amade's bot mod.
You do:
OnBotSpawn -> Bot -> PlayAnimation -> PlayDead

You should also make the bot an invincible playertype so that it doesn't get killed by other players. As for a link, just check RTB's Add-Ons section, in the events subcategory.
