I don't think yoemax doesn't know that not everybody lives in Arizona.
Basically, he's talking about the Arizona Instrument to Measurement Standards test, aka AIMS. It's a pretty annoying test, but you work from a book and filling in a lot of answer bubbles. There's three (or four?) tests, namely Math, Reading and Literature, each one has some crazy amount of questions each. You can do it for the entire school day if you seriously want to (if you're that slow) or you can finish it quickly and get it over with, like I do.
I actually didn't have to take them this year, but I do next year. I took some test called Stanford 10, that I've never done before.
