You cant.

You have to open it with the mission editor but not press F11 you press F10 Then you load the GUI

oh i made a GUI and cant load it into blockland

Text resize is easy: use an MLText (I'm pretty sure its called that) instead of a text. Then just add "<font:FONT:SIZE>" example: "<font:impact:20>"
