Is there any official application that doesn't require hacking your PSP/buying some sort of battery to use homebrew applications? Doesn't matter if it's free or not.

Sony doesn't want homebrew. Why would they provide a way to do so? Any method from anyone besides Sony involves hacking, which is incredibly easy on the PSP.

You can only use the Pandora for homebrew. I think that would be the easiest way.
