If you have Rot's Zombie mod, i think you should get rid of it. I had this same problem, i enabled friendly fire and weapons didnt work still. So, i deleted it on my add-ons folder and every weapon worked like a chrm, try that!

also i have rappelz installed. if a certain virus could be infecting my computer. as i have 0% antivirus. not even windows firewall
