The Fail Bin is actually in the Files category, right under Faces and Decals, and Beta Discussion is in the Blockland forums section along with General Discussion and Clan Discussion. One of the mystery categories is called "Archives - V8," and it's just archived and locked copies of the mod, map, and decal forums.
