What's going on with Youtube?

The homepage is only 'Recent Activity', even though i have other stuff checked in my settings, and some videos on the homepage are grayed out, i've tried un-checking Recent Activity but it didn't work, what's going on, is anyone else getting this? I want to check my subscriptions! D:
