The rule applies to the drama forum mostly and the fact that A.R.C. is still here despite spamming these forums relentlessly with meaningful and incomprehensible stuff should be testament enough to how loosely administrated this place is.Most outside-of-drama bans for that sort of thing are usually awarded to serial douchebags and the like.
