Well i can't have all my add-ons in one server which kinda pisses me off.

There is no max add-ons. There is a maximum datablocks, add-ons use several datablocks.

If you need to enable every add-on you own, your server will be terrible.

There probably aren't even enough add-ons in one genre to max out the datablock limit anyway, so just don't host a Futuristic Medieval Pirate Team Fortress 2 Deathmatch.
