You don't need anything, but it helps to have things that will make other people want to join your clan. Add a few people to the clan before creating a clan topic. Also, follow the Clan Guidelines if you don't want to be flamed for how bad the clan is.

Agreed.never is it a good thing to be flamed for being an idiot.Also,clans based on books fail.I know from experience.and it helps.
