My prints wont show up in the addon list?

I recently made my own print pack...using this tutorial:http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=40574.0

However when I finished it all and tried it....it wouldnt work.

I named it correctly...the pictures are the right format/size.

I just dont know what I did wrong

If someone could look over the print file and tell me what I did wrong this would help me allot.

Also I used Mspaint

and the print size for the prints is 512x512

icon size is 64x64

You must make a server.cs. Also, don't use MS Paint. Use Paint.NET. It's free, it gives better results and you can make things transparent.
