Author Topic: Anyone know/remember Broken Picture Telephone?  (Read 977 times)

It's too sad a story to proclaim myself, but here is the broken link to what was once Broken Picture Telephone: http://www.brokenpicturetelephone.com/

Here is a well thought out outlining of the site and how it failed: http://adamcadre.ac/calendar/12979.html

It's been gone for a lone time now... still sad, I had some amazing stuff on there. I barely know what happened except that, at some point, it suddenly stopped working and stayed that way for months. And I just checked information on it a few minutes ago, and the site is completely gone now.

That sounds so cool :(

It's so depressing. There was almost literally artists on there that made art pieces that could rival work that took hours on deviantArt (where as you had a short time limit and horribly limited tools on this program). People had a passion for it there, it was fun and I loved to do tricks with it. I can't believe the site simply disappeared and no one tried to even set something up to petition it back or something. It's like it just fell into the forgotten.

The outline I found seems to have been made while the site was simply broken and not working right.

We should all work on making a new one that worked correctly.

one that worked correctly.
