To make an avatar high quality/transparent/animated, it has to be 75x75 pixels or smaller

(I see so many people ask this. Oh, and I get these questions on Steam and even IRL, you know)

Do not make a 150x75 image into 75x75 without cropping. It makes it look stupid.
Making a 150x150 into 75x75 is fine.
