New UI Dumping Area

Since the UI Edit Dumping Area does not feature UI's/Backgrounds in the first post anymore i have created this topic.

To new users downloading UI's/Backgrounds

Save Mouse edits to C:\Program Files\Blockland\base\client\ui and call it CUR_3darrow

Save Unknown map backgrounds to C:\Program Files\Blockland\base\data\missions and call it default.
