Weird Blockland glitch

When ever i minimize Blockland and come back to it its Freezes and says "Blockland Has Stoped Working" How do i fix this?

Just play on small screen. It may be because your PC/laptop can't handle it restarting, or it may be a glitch or it may be an error in one of your files.
