Not much realy. Looks like you took a Hair pack and changed the mouth

I started with the Blonde Smiley. I added lines on the mouth to make a rectangle. I filled in the spaces with black. I saved the Blonde one. Did the Hue/Saturation thing to make black. Did the same with brown. Done.
