If i make a face or a body decal (and DONT send it to downloads) and then host a server , will ppl download my face or body decal and see it on my character ? or i will ave the noob suit for them ?

If you make a decal/face, and you put it in your files. you can see it.

On the other hand

If no one else downloads it (Like actually download it) they can't see it. If you want other people to see your decal you need to post it as a download and hope people like it and download it.
