How do you make the decals look "non pixily", like the defaults? Mine look pixily. Any tips?

Turn on antialiasing in whatever image editor you're using.
And make it 512x512 to make it look even smoother.

OK, where do I turn that on in PAINT.net?

In paint.net, if you're not using the pencil, it should be on by default.
