How do you spawn somebody through the console?

What if you wanted a person to respawn and they said no and you don't want to kick/ban them. That's when you use the command.

Then you stop being abusive and let them stay out of the game if they don't want to be in it.

The only potential reason I could see like that is for a 'limited lives' mode, but I made the TDM one respawn you right after the timer finishes so people are always playing.

and i was thinking for when somebody freezes and then dies, for if anybody's client is deleted for some reason
