Not in V15 I cant host.

I have disabled the PhNu thing or what ever it is.

yes what this guy said try enabling UpNp (or what ever it is) and  disable port forwording

Ok, I have just figured out that somehow my ports have been reset.

So I re-portforwarded with 28000-28030
Tcp Udp


Now Im going to go test
