Mounting debuf?

Any add-ons out there that make it so that people can only mount a vehicle once in a certain amount of time, say 3 seconds, so that you can leave a plane in the air without accidentally remounting it? If not, I'd try to make it as my first add-on.

There is a preference called "MinMountTime" or something along those lines which decides this. Check in the server and client prefs.cs files to see if you can find it.
