When I was 5, I hit my moms iron stand and the iron fell on my back.

I don't remember the pain that much but I still have the mark.

I slipped and almost broke my knee

I broke my tumb while trying to close a door.

Somebody snuck up on me and I slammed the door on it.

Chest pains near my heart. (rarely happen)
Cut my thumb when trying to close a Swiss army knife. I was holding it by the blade. :X

That is all I can remember.
This is not be but I think some one in my family pissed on an electric fence.

I honestly can't think of any.

I've never broken a bone, had surgery, or hit my balls on monkey bars.

My parents told me i fell out of a window when I was 2, but of course I don't remember.

Maybe I should get out more...

When I was 3 or 4 I was jumping over these ditches that didn't yet have pipelines in them, and I jumped over one too soon and a rock was jutting out of the dirt, the entire thing stabbed into my leg, I am now almost 13 and I still have that scar. :s
