Why do we always start with the name Blockhead#?
Why do the starting name has to be registered in the name history?
Is there a way to delete that Blockhead from the history?

Are you considered a 'noob' for having more than one name?
The figure you play as is known as a Blockhead, so I'd assume that is why. The number is your ID.
If you are talking about Return to Blockland's name history, that only happens when you use the Return to Blockland add-on and authenticate with it (which happens on starting Blockland, if you have it).
Other then asking Ephialtes, I believe not.
I wouldn't assume so.
