Animated Avatar?

My avatar won't go animated, the file format is .PNG, and size is 75x69.

Not all browsers support APNG, so stick with GIF.

Error option 1 : Like I said, it was 75x69.

Error option 2 : The file-type is .GIF, as I changed it a moment ago, and re-did it.
