How do I dedicate a server

I opened the dedi.batch then opened blockland, created a server then loaded bricks and logged out, but i had 2 servers 1 dedicated other not. the one dedicated doesn't, but the one one not does. Can some one help me please?

Dedicated.bat is the server. You don't need to start a new server.

If i dont need to start a server do i just open dedi.bat then join my server then change the map and load bricks?

Y can i only join my server on LAN server because when i open my server on internet it says connection attept and nothing else happens but itonly opens on LAN.

You can connect through internet. As long as its not dead. I can connect to mine form the internet.
