I'd rather die right now, if it was quick and painless. If I was gonna live forever, it should be forever without pain. Other than that, I'd go for the Pelvic Thrusts.

Think of it this way, if you live forever, when the son does eventually go, you'll be in space and eventually reach another solar system with a planet that has life forms (assuming that there are more out there, which I'm sure there are).
