--- ping help

So I seem to have --- ping because people are sending punch packets to me.

What I don't get is why still some people can join.

and I also how can I fix this.
I have the gaming check box checked and I am also port forwarded for this machine to port 28000

Please help.

Disable UPnP, I should think.

Ctrl+o>Network>Disable or Enable UPnP.

but what would that disable uPnP thing do. isnt that only client side?

No, it's server side. I've heard you can not have uPnP enabled and have your ports forwarded at the same time.
