Anyone noticing Steam being offline, despite other internet access? "No connection could be made to the Steam servers" etc etc. I restarted Steam, and then my computer. Still borked

Anyone else have this?

I just said it disconnected me, too.
It's the Steam servers.

Back up, but now TF2 doesn't work. Oh well, guess it's just a TF2 update glitch
