If they have bad grammar, so what?
People don't have flawless grammar, everybody makes mistakes.
There is no rule saying "You must be of this age and be able to type in flawless grammar to join"

I agree with the last part.
The second part I don't agree due to the fact, every forum has people who overrate, they attempt to imitate others in hopes of joining and become part of a better community
