'Quick Event' not there

When I open the wrench menu, it's supposed to say 'Quick Event' above 'Events'. Events is there, but Quick Event isn't. I'd really like it if someone could tell me how to get it because it'd be really useful for my builds.
And whoever can tell me first winz a

quick event is another addon i think, i would just use the auto wrench

Ive seen some extra event slots I dont have but i dont even know what those are called.
