I have that keyboard and I love it except that it's PS/2 and I had to actually open up the laptop and remove the sleep button which was next to the tilde key.

And it's a great deal but there is no graphics power whatsoever, you'll have to buy a graphics card with it. I suggest a GTX260.

Mine came with an NVIDIA 6150SE. I'm not too computer smart, does integrated mean a chipset?

It means it's not in a pc slot, but part of the motherboard.

Hell I'd buy it. I just don't have the space. If I where you I'd buy it, and then buy an Nvidia GTX 470 for it.
