Chao is a carrot. His admins were abusive on his challenge he had a couple months ago, I tried to tell him and he wouldn't do anything about it, and I was starting to tell him it was his responsibility and then he told me to forget off through IRC and permanently banned me.

Stay away from his challenges, just like you would any city RPG made by Tezuni.

I gave him admin at some point, but, thing was, he actually HAD to be responsible or be banned. The pressure actually worked however, I got no stupid bans or him going afk or anything.
