Well first of all, it's not easy to pick up. Okay?

+Mess around with the .cs files in the addons, see what they do. (That's what I used to do a while back. But scripting is not my thing, so I stopped and could care less.)

But all in all, just practice and edit. Obviously you can't make full blown scripts from scratch your first day. It's going to take a while. I don't suggest you try, it doesn't seem like you would be able to. But knock yourself out.
